- What the role of the manager/coworker is. Common problems and key indicators. How to intervene and how to continue to manage the environment.

- Herzberg’s Model and assessing the current state in the workplace. Knowing our employees and assigning the right job to the right person. Setting a great example and how to deal with troubled times.

- Employees rarely seek out or offer help when there is no trust in the workplace. Find ways to motivate yourself and others to feel safe and be the most you can be in your work environment.

- Assessing your health care. Choosing a primary healthcare physician and partnering with your Doctor. How to get the most out of your healthcare plan and selecting the best benefits for your family.
